Application acceptance period

• 2 years course of study(Enter in April) 1 September 2024 ～ 5 November 2024
• 1 year and 9 months course of study（Enter in July）15 January 2024 ～ 1 March 2024
• 1 and half year course of study(Enter in October) 15 March 2024 ～ 20 May 2024

Eligibility for application

1. A person who has completed 12 years of secondary school education in his/her home country or foreign country under a regular course. 
2.  A person who can surely bear the tuition and living expenses necessary for study in Japan and prove this with bankbook etc. of a bank account.
3. A person who has completed more than 150 hours of Japanese and has Japanese ability of N5 or higher.

3. Statement of reasons for studying abroad
   （Applicant’s own hand writing）
4. Picture
   ・Please prepare 7 photographs
   ・Upper  body, hatless, photographed within 3 months of application
   ・Clear and without a background
   ・Size length 4cm×width 3cm

Document Submission

Please submit the original document, not a copy, of all certificates except these those instructed.　 Please attach a Japanese translation to each certificate not written in Japanese. 　Please write the translator’s name, address and telephone number in the bottom, seal or signature to the right of the translator’s name.

A. Certificate of bank balance

B. The case of a relative (father, mother husband, or wife) pays expenses.

5. Passport Copy

　 Copy everything except the blank page of your passport.

• Documents deemed necessary by our school.
  ＊The Japanese language school will apply for a certificate of eligibility to obtain a foreign student visa, as stipulated by the immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice.

Payment

When the document screening by our school and the immigration office have been completed and a certificate of eligibility has been issued, we will inform you directly or through our overseas office.  You will then need to make the payment shown in the table below. We will give you a certificate of admission and a certificate of eligibility in exchange for the payment certificate.

・Please pay the second tuition fee before the new semester starts. We will notify you of the specific delivery time.
・The student payment already paid will be dealt with as follows: 

・Tuition fees after the second grade can be paid in installments.
